Lauren is just the best! I’ve had a facial and a Japanese head spa from her and each treatment has been amazing. She is so professional, makes each step clear and is just a lovely girl to be around! I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else for these treatments

I originally went in for a Japanese head spa but there was an issue with machine. I was offered a head massage and hair treatment instead. Gabriel was lovely and sweet and I was very relaxed through out my experience and my hair felt great after.I also wear the hijab and the staff where very accommodating with lowering the blinds ect... definitely will be back.

Michelle is so attentive and warm. Being able to work every knot I had with a hot stone massage. Then followed by an amazing Indian head massage. I experienced Reiki for the first time which was a very powerful experience. With each part of the 2 hours I spent receiving these treatments, I felt cared for and looked after from Michelle. Would highly recommend.

Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough - Michelle is the best waxer in Scotland! She is very through and knows her stuff and even got a wee herbal tea to take home! 10/10 recommend can’t wait to go back for some more treatments!

Lauren’s head spa treatment is amazing! She made me comfortable from the start to finish and is clearly experienced. She even towel dried my curly hair so I didn’t leave going into the cold with wet hair. She genuinely wants you to have the best experience and will tailor the treatment to your needs. The only part I didn’t find relaxing was the nail tech working downstairs who spoke in a wildly loud voice to her client the entire time, mainly about her night out on Saturday. She maybe needs to keep it down a bit in consideration for other therapists in the salon.

Fantastic treatment with Paula this afternoon...I'm in the middle of a package helping my skin with a series of facials. Great treatments with Paul's knowledge on skin I receive great advice for my aftercare. Very impressed with the changes in my skin and looks forward to every visit .. I highly recommend the one lounge for any treatment... Very professional and personable girls 🙂

Lorna as always was fantastic. I was never previously committed to a hairdresser, but after finding Lorna I've stuck with her for years now and couldn't go anywhere else. Talented hairdresser in a wonderfully friendly salon, I wouldn't go anywhere else now for any of my treatments. Highly recommend.

It started with the look of the salon: Glam, inviting and elegant. I have been a customer the last 6 months : feeling and looking great after the treatments. Nails by Robyn and Hair by Kirsty. Highly recommended since both are genuinely given best advice and guidance. Service and customer care are excellent, which I highly value. (And the friendly banter is always welcome)

Have been sending Arnold to Nicola for years now. He's 8!!! Best cut. Girls are super friendly. Spa treatments are great and very well priced. Everything from paw balming to blueberry facials!!!

Emma was amazing with advice re the treatments I got. Very patient and accommodating. My nails and eyebrows look really good. I definitely be back. Emma had a new customer.

The paper package with a choice of 3 treatments is amazing value. I've had treatments from 3 different members of staff now & they are all fantastic. Highly recommend this place x

Great treatments in a relaxed environment

Emma is always so lovely and welcoming in her adorable store. She makes my anxiety disorder so much easier to deal with when i am getting treatments done by her as she’s so easy going and reassuring not to mention she does an amazing job. I’ll continue to be one of her clients ❤️x

What a difference these leg recovery treatments have made. All my aches and tightness are gone. Walking with a bounce in my step along the road, I couldn't recommend this treatment enough, I will be booking in next month to keep on top of things. Michelle is a miracle worker.
