First time visiting, I opted for the Relaxation Package and I was not disappointed. I chose the Hot Stone Massage and then 30 min Reiki Treatment, Michelle was amazing. I left feeling very relaxed and the oils smelled amazing. Will definitely be back.

Decided to book a spontaneous last minute massage and I’m so glad I did. Shabana was an amazing therapist. She knew exactly what I needed. It was lovely to meet Shabana again. Shabana makes you so welcome and creates a quiet, calm or chatty experience, as befits the needs of her client. I had a luxury pedicure and hand treatment which left my skin feeling silky and walking on air. I chose the treatments as my finger joints have arthritis and MS which affects the sensation and comfort in my feet. What a lovely experience which I am happy to repeat 😊

The staff is always friendly and attentive - Lara was very professional and I had a great time. The luxury mani and Spa pedi are always relaxing and Lara did a wonderful job. The only downside is that the salon is not very well stocked with nail polishes, probably because most of the people nowadays get gel mani and pedi - so not much choices of colors, and the top coat was just very sticky to the point it almost ruined the color layers.

I had 90 minute pamper package today and it was fabulous. My full body massage was the best I’ve ever had. She worked hard and all my stress and tension melted away. The hot towels were lovely then the last half hour was a very gentle facial and my skin feels wonderful. Will definitely go again.

First time visit today and can honestly say it wont be my last. Made to feel very comfortable, room was lovely & clean and so cosy. I have a calf injury at the minute and everything was done to ensure my comfort during treatment. Just felt at complete ease from the start. First time getting reflexology and I loved it, had a 90 minute pamper so also had a facial which was amazing. Came out with a spring in my step great way to start the day with some self care.

I had the pamper package with Lisa and it was absolutely perfect! I felt like a new women after it! Will be returning :)

Shabana is such a lovely & professional holistic therapist who really cares & prioritises your wellness while making you feel relaxed and your absolute best. I highly recommend the 2 hour self care package where you choose a massage & a facial. You’re in good hands with Shabana and I will absolutely be back! This was my 1st visit to Lumiere, my friend and I both opted for the pamper package of 3x20min treatments. The place inside is clean and inviting and the girls were very friendly and answered any questions we had. The treatments we received were lovely and relaxing and prices are good.The ambiance in the room I had my treatments in was great, and the room was a nice temperature. Would definitely use Lumiere again and would recommend it to anyone thinking of going for a massage or facial. They offer lots of other beauty treatments and aesthetics but I can't comment on these as not had any.

My body, neck, head and face massage was amazing this Sunday afternoon with Shabana. The spa room was warm and has a beautiful interior. I have never had a warm towel wrapped around my neck before for a head massage this was very comforting and so relaxing. Shabana also incorporated some breathing and mindfulness during my treatments, my whole experience today was truly amazing. Cant wait for my next appointment with Shabana. LA Jackson
