Lauren is just the best! I’ve had a facial and a Japanese head spa from her and each treatment has been amazing. She is so professional, makes each step clear and is just a lovely girl to be around! I couldn’t imagine going to anyone else for these treatments

I originally went in for a Japanese head spa but there was an issue with machine. I was offered a head massage and hair treatment instead. Gabriel was lovely and sweet and I was very relaxed through out my experience and my hair felt great after.I also wear the hijab and the staff where very accommodating with lowering the blinds ect... definitely will be back.

My visit to Margaret’s today consisted of 3 treatments.. Reflexology, full body massage and a facial, I had 2 hours of full relaxation, Margaret makes you feel so comfortable and I would highly recommend.

Lauren’s head spa treatment is amazing! She made me comfortable from the start to finish and is clearly experienced. She even towel dried my curly hair so I didn’t leave going into the cold with wet hair. She genuinely wants you to have the best experience and will tailor the treatment to your needs. The only part I didn’t find relaxing was the nail tech working downstairs who spoke in a wildly loud voice to her client the entire time, mainly about her night out on Saturday. She maybe needs to keep it down a bit in consideration for other therapists in the salon.

Fantastic treatment with Paula this afternoon...I'm in the middle of a package helping my skin with a series of facials. Great treatments with Paul's knowledge on skin I receive great advice for my aftercare. Very impressed with the changes in my skin and looks forward to every visit .. I highly recommend the one lounge for any treatment... Very professional and personable girls 🙂

Lorna as always was fantastic. I was never previously committed to a hairdresser, but after finding Lorna I've stuck with her for years now and couldn't go anywhere else. Talented hairdresser in a wonderfully friendly salon, I wouldn't go anywhere else now for any of my treatments. Highly recommend.

I’ve known Margaret for a long time. First woman to wax my eyebrows when I was twelve years old when visiting her with my mum. I trust her implicitly with every treatment she offers and she is amazing at what she does. Margaret’s full body aromatherapy massage was just the relaxation I needed and I will try my best to make this a more regular treatment for myself. Safe, comfortable space and in very good hands. It started with the look of the salon: Glam, inviting and elegant. I have been a customer the last 6 months : feeling and looking great after the treatments. Nails by Robyn and Hair by Kirsty. Highly recommended since both are genuinely given best advice and guidance. Service and customer care are excellent, which I highly value. (And the friendly banter is always welcome)

Have been sending Arnold to Nicola for years now. He's 8!!! Best cut. Girls are super friendly. Spa treatments are great and very well priced. Everything from paw balming to blueberry facials!!!

The paper package with a choice of 3 treatments is amazing value. I've had treatments from 3 different members of staff now & they are all fantastic. Highly recommend this place x

Im generally worried about doing treatments, but Georgia puts me at ease. I should go more often but its a guy thing I need to get over and look after myself a little better. Thanks guys.

My husband and I had microneedling, dermaplaning, and a few extra treatments with Lauren, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we arrived, Lauren made us feel so comfortable and at ease. She explained everything clearly, checked in with us throughout, and was so gentle and professional. The whole experience felt relaxing and personalized. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and excited about our results. Highly recommend Lauren if you’re looking for amazing treatments and someone who truly cares about her clients xx

Lymphatic drainage massage with wood treatment by Sam was excellent. First time in salon and first treatment of this kind,however Sam is very calm and knowledgeable which helps with feeling relaxed. Sam was very attentive and focused on the areas I wanted. She has magical hands and this is one of the best treatments I’ve had, very thorough. The wood treatment is well worth adding on. I have only deducted a star as the salon is quite noisy (it’s a popular place) and you can hear the chatter even above the spa music playing. Salon is beautifully decorated and the treatment rooms feel high end.
