💫 I had a facial treatment in this beautifully arranged and tastefully decorated beauty salon, and the experience was truly wonderful. The space was spotlessly clean, warm, and very welcoming from the moment I arrived. The salon is equipped with excellent, high-quality equipment, and the atmosphere is calm and friendly. The staff were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive, which made me feel completely at ease. I genuinely loved my treatment and found the whole experience deeply relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, cared for and already looking forward to my next visit. 😊

I had a fabulous Detox and Glow treatment with Erica today. This includes an amazing lymphatic massage which was very much needed after a long flight. Also included is a facial which left my skin glowing...afterwards I felt extremely relaxed. I went home and had a snooze. It was the best sleep I've had in a few weeks. Erica is such a lovely person. She is kind, caring, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending her for lots of different treatments, just lovely.

We had a 90 minute couple’s massage. Both were great, really relaxing and thorough. The oil was lovely and warm, and we both came away in a zen-like, peaceful state. I would go back again and my husband said the same. He even drifted off during the back massage. If you are used to plush spa retreats like we are, the surroundings are not like these, but we just wanted a full body massage after a stressful month and this did the trick. The room was just ok but once you close your eyes and the massage starts it really doesn’t matter.

A truly wonderful experience at Spa Diamond today getting a hot stones massage. Fiona was really attentive throughout the experience. At the beginning and before getting started, she was keen to find out my preferences and, throughout the massage, I could tell she was feeling for places of tension and adapting her approach accordingly. She also focused really well on problem areas I had mentioned. Afterwards, she shared her expertise, including the physiological basis behind her approach, which was really interesting. Feeling a lot calmer and more relaxed - thanks again, Fiona!

Do not judge a book by its cover. The therapist know what the difference was between a Anti Stress and a Swedish Massage and Victor knew his stuff on this. I booked a Anti stress and I got one. Top Marks, Ok, I am glad that the faff and PR stuff was not laboured. (welcome to blah blah blah spa, my name is .... etc...) I simply wanted to a good massage and a good price. This place delivered it in drones. So for serious people who want and know what the benefits of a massage - would recommend. If you want a glass of bubbly as well, go elsewhere. After not having my hair done for a while I was a bit nervous going in today, however within minutes of sitting down I was made to feel at ease by Abby. She was very knowledgeable and honest when talking about what would suit my hair type best, as well as giving me helpful tips on how to recreate the style at home. I will 100% be back for my hair, and will soon be trying out the beauty treatments too!

Went here today after spending the weekend at Download for a much needed massage before heading back home. I had a Swedish full body provided by the lovely Minnie. The massage itself was brilliant, very relaxing and soothed my aching muscles. The spa is also very nice and inviting, good temperature and ambience. Very sad I don't live in the area but would definitely return if I'm down here again. 10/10

I’ve been going to Tatjana for a while now, and she never disappoints. She is always friendly and welcoming, and they really take the time to listen to what you want. She has excellent knowledge about all of treatments she provides and happily talks you through the process, I am always confident in the work done by her! The service is always top-notch, and I leave feeling amazing. The salon is clean, stylish, and has such a relaxing vibe. I wouldn’t go anywhere else—highly recommend!

I rarely write reviews, but this time, I felt like I had to. This was my third laser brow tattoo removal session, but my first with Tatiana—and the difference was unbelievable! My previous two treatments at other places were not only really painful but also barely made a difference. I was honestly scared to go through it again, but after just one session with Tatiana, I can already see a huge improvement! She made me feel so comfortable, explained everything clearly, and the pain was so much more manageable compared to my past experiences. I only wish I had found her sooner!

I’ve been to many aesthetic practitioners over the years and discovered Tatjana whilst I was living in Derby and realised she was the best for me. Now I live down south and still travel to get my treatments from her as she not only leaves me incredibly satisfied but the all round experience is the best I’ve had. The environment, high comfort level, clear communication- if you want certain things that aren’t the norm, she can cater for that, if you want honest advice, she gives that, all whilst being extremely skilled with many qualifications and years in the industry. 10/10 always.
