Absolutely brilliant. I had a massage and facial! Kerri was amazing, the facilities were great! My back feels amazing after having lots of aches and pains and nearly all my eye wrinkles are gone. I will definitely be coming back

First time visiting and Jeanette and Rosie were amazing! Made me feel very welcome. Pressure was perfect for me although I have a high pain tolerance. Really could have stayed for longer but unfortunately I only booked half an hour. I have a trapped nerve and my movement is noticeably better. I have booked in again, this time for an hour in 4 weeks time where hopefully Rosie can go to town on my back. Would definitely recommend!

I had such a great experience and can’t recommend it enough. The sports massage was exactly what I needed and made such a difference to all the tightness and aches I’d been carrying. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome. Laurie is genuinely friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout. Treated myself to a lovely Glow Girl Vitamin C facial with Clare and oh, wow! After a week of feeling tired and just meh 🫤, this really helped me relax (I actually fell asleep briefly 🤣). The treatments were refreshing, cooling and relaxing and skin felt amazing afterwards. I even got a random kind comment from a lovely lady on my way back to the car saying how lovely I looked.
