I had an amazing experience at NESC. I visited them a week before my wedding for an afternoon spa and had 4 treatments done. Medi Pedi, Backcial, Thai Massage and HydraFacial. All of the treatments have been absolutely beautifully done by the knowledgable, Fiz, Sophie and Lucy. I loved them all and have made me feel so relaxed and ready for my wedding. Not only the treatments and their hands are great but also how lovely these ladies are and how well they have looked after and spoiled me, so attentive to the details providing cakes, pastries and drinks in each treatment. A huge thanks! ❤️😘.

Really lovely massage today. Feeling very relaxed and happy. My appointment was at 11, after getting changed it was 10 past 11 and I thought it would finish at half 11 (some spa's have done this in the past) but no, the lady gave treatment for the full half hour ❤️ will be back. Thankyou

Megan is amazing. I've been going to her for a while now and she knows my needs. She's very good at helping my sore back feel rejuvenated again. I suffer with FND & Fibromailgia and she is able to give me a massage that doesn't hurt with deep enough pressure that I feel the benefit. I would definitely recommend spa dimond and inparticular megan. Thankyou Megan X

It’s always a pleasant experience at spa diamond. Although Rachel has been my favourite over the years but today Lin did my feet and back massage. Her hand is amazing. She used her traditional Thai techniques that really helped my sore feet and I came out very relaxed. I will highly recommend her. Thank you.

From start to finish Lyn put 100% effort in , my back and shoulders were really tight and knotted and she worked her magic, from head to toe I feel better , well worth every penny. I have been to most of the girls here and to be honest I’ve always been very happy with the service so will continue to recommend and rebook! Thanks spa diamond !

I recommend the Spa Diamond to everyone. It's great if you spend time relaxing with your partner. The Swedish massage was excellent and the bath was refreshing after it. The back is suddenly lighter and the hubby also feels better as well. The skin on my face is softer. We really needed this relaxation in a quiet environment permeated with amazing scents and relaxing music. Thanks to Rachel and Megan

Very clean and very professional. Had a massage with Lexi who explained everything well. She was very professional but also very warm and friendly. The massage was amazing. I got a pregnancy massage done by Clio today and it was amazing! I felt so relaxed. The room ambiance was so calming, the soft spa music, everything was just perfect. Clio made sure I was comfortable and if the pressure was okay. I had to ask Clio to put a bit more pressure and she did just that. It was brilliant! Clio needs a bonus for her soft hands. I felt so relaxed and comfortable with her. If you’re wondering if you should book yourself in for a pregnancy massage then do it! I cannot wait to come back for the massage and facial package soon. Thank you Clio.

Clinic itself looked beautiful and smelt gorgeous! The spa rooms were lovely! Super friendly staff-had treatments with Sophie and Lucy. The massage and facial was incredibly relaxing and yhe pedicure made my feet look so good!

Fantastic customer service from start to finish and an incredible treatment. A true hidden gem in the heart of Mickleover. Can't wait to get booked in again! Thank you so much!
