Spent the day with the girls at Erika's getting my lashes, nails and hair done. Can't recommend Aiko enough, so kind and gentle, never fails to disappoint with a new set of Hybrids. I got BIAB nails for the first time ever, Anna set the expectations, talking me through the process to help me understand what will happen throughout my new BIAB journey with her. Finally Zoe, toner and olaplex treatment, when I'm in Zoe's chair I'm immediately relaxed. From being incredibly anxious to now having Zoe has my go to stylist in Derby. In love with my glow up. I had a wonderful experience with Erica. From the moment I booked to the time I arrived, she was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The salon itself has such a calm and peaceful atmosphere, making it easy to relax. The results of my treatment were fantastic, and the head massage during my facial mask was an added bonus that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Aiko is exceptional ! Her UV lashes once on will not come off ! Mine last me over 7 weeks - they gone on quickly and come off slowly . Aiko is very attention to detail and is so very friendly and very accommodating . I cannot recommend highly enough if you want lashes in Derby she is the one & I live in Manchester

I moved from Hampshire to Derby a year ago and have been attending Creations for skin care this past year. The treatments, ambience and all the staff are a calming, relaxing and super efficient. They care about the experience customers get and the treatments are super. Thank you to the team.

Really enjoyed my oxygen facial, I was so relaxed I fell asleep! My skin is glowing now even in winter. Ella provided some great advice, even offering follow up guidance on how I can alter my existing skincare regime to benefit my skin the most based on her assessment of my skin which I really appreciated. Thankyou Ella, I can’t wait to book in again when I’m back in Derby xxx

The best massage in Derby hands down. It’s always a treat to get a massage by Nalin. I have had many massages around the world and nothing ever compares to Nalin and the services she offers. She goes above and beyond, giving you complimentary water at the end and some freebies like some Easter egg one time when it was Easter. So friendly and approachable and wouldn’t go anywhere else. My daughter just had her hair styled by Nisa at the salon, and the experience was wonderful. Nisa was amazing, so knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. She made the entire curl experience really enjoyable for my daughter and took great care to explain what she was doing. We’re so happy to have found a salon in Derby that truly knows how to style all hair types, making them a cut above the rest. We’re extremely pleased and will definitely be back/ highly recommending them to friends.

Her deep knowledge of skincare has truly transformed my skin, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Fiz is not only incredibly skilled but also warm, welcoming, and so kind, making each visit a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my facials and recommend her to everyone I know. She is simply the best!

The ice facial is such a great treatment. Ella’s facial massage pressure is a perfect mix, relaxing but also delivering lifting and toning results. This combined with the ice globes and mask leaves skin feeling and looking refreshed and glowing. Shoulder massage and arm massage included. Just perfect.
