Coming to see Denise & Sarah for a treatment and receiving an honest opinion was so refreshing. They care for their clients and this is so apparent. They are professional and honest and run a fantastic clinic. I had pressotherapy and highly recommend it. I will most certainly be back.

Her treatments are so relaxing yet invigorating which makes you feel amazing both physically and mentally. I had my first physiotherapy session with Ellie on Monday, and it was a great experience. The atmosphere was calming and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease. Ellie was incredibly professional, ensuring that every aspect of my treatment was tailored to my needs. I received dry needling and a massage, both of which were expertly done with great precision and care. The session not only helped relieve tension but also left me feeling refreshed. I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

had treatment carried out by Denise who was fantastic. she explained everything thoroughly the procedure was a little bit uncomfortable but setting can be increased or decreased to suit the individual. would def have the procedure again.. had pressotherapy
