Her space is beautiful, calm and welcoming, which makes every visit such a nice experience. Lauren is extremely knowledgeable about her treatments and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I get my eyelashes done regularly and they are always perfect, but the microneedling has made the biggest difference to my skin — I’ve seen a huge improvement. The candlelit yoga evening with Adele and Claire was such a beautiful, calming experience. The soft lighting and gentle music created an instant sense of peace. Claire’s yoga practice was slow, grounding, and deeply restorative, with clear guidance that made it easy to fully switch off. Adele’s realignment work added an extra layer of care, helping release tension and leave me feeling balanced. I went home lighter, stretched, completely de-stressed, and slept amazingly.
