The candlelit yoga evening with Adele and Claire was such a beautiful, calming experience. The soft lighting and gentle music created an instant sense of peace. Claire’s yoga practice was slow, grounding, and deeply restorative, with clear guidance that made it easy to fully switch off. Adele’s realignment work added an extra layer of care, helping release tension and leave me feeling balanced. I went home lighter, stretched, completely de-stressed, and slept amazingly. I had an Indian head massage with Adele and it was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. Adele made me feel completely at ease, and the treatment melted away tension I didn’t even realise I was holding.
