What a wonderful experience! Fabulous communication from start to finish. The most amazing facial, Heather explained each step clearly and gave me more knowledge about my skin in the first 5 minutes than I have had in nearly 60 years!! The facial was bespoke to my needs and the products felt amazing. Heather came (rightly) highly recommended and I left my treatment to her. I had microneedling for the first time which was lovely and all signs of redness had disappeared within an hour of getting home. My skin feels awakened and refreshed...I will definitely return. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend Lauren enough. She is genuinely so lovely and instantly makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Her space is beautiful, calm and welcoming, which makes every visit such a nice experience. Lauren is extremely knowledgeable about her treatments and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I get my eyelashes done regularly and they are always perfect, but the microneedling has made the biggest difference to my skin — I’ve seen a huge improvement. I would highly recommend Lauren to anyone looking for amazing results and someone you can fully trust. 🌟

Superb service and treatment again by Rachel who is very knowledgeable in her field. I always feel reassured in the process and have seen noticeable results from just one session of microneedling coupled with following her key advice for a good skin care regime. I'm soooo pleased with the results so far and have had my second microneedling today so can't wait to see the results after my third which will then be followed by 2 Profhilo treatments. I'd recommend her to anyone new to treatments or who are unsure what would be the best for them. Definitely book a consultation and to from there.👍🏼

The most beautiful clinic!! I was so so nervous to have my lips done I’m petrified of needles! Rachel made me feel at such ease and I can not believe how much I over thought it in my head she put so much numbing cream on that I could barely feel her doing it. Some areas was a pinch sensation but definitely not painful! 100% recommend and I will defo be back i loveee them!
