It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! She was so kind, friendly, and professional. She did my makeup exactly the way I showed her, and the result was absolutely beautiful. As an Asian, I was a little nervous about going to a salon and getting my makeup done by someone English, but she made me feel completely comfortable and understood exactly what I wanted. Her space is beautiful, calm and welcoming, which makes every visit such a nice experience. Lauren is extremely knowledgeable about her treatments and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I get my eyelashes done regularly and they are always perfect, but the microneedling has made the biggest difference to my skin — I’ve seen a huge improvement. Nicole is the most lovely, welcoming, warm person and I had the most awesome wash and blow dry. I had accidently thought that Nicole could cut hair also, Nicole and her mum were so understanding and patient and went above and beyond to help me and organised for me to have my haircut next door. I cannot recommend Nicole highly enough, I will be back for my hair but also to have beauty treatments and my nails done. Definitely visit and thank you again for the most lovely experience.
