⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a relaxing and rejuvenating infrared sauna experience! The setting was calm and beautifully designed, with soft lighting and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Had the best evening! Very relaxed slept so well afterwards! If you haven't tried the Yoga & Soundbath evening yet ... your missing out! Yoga with Claire was amazing really enjoyed being out of my comfort zone will definitely be returning! I've never been to a soundbath before i didnt really know what to expect... im a busy mum to 3 so i find it really hard to relax/switch off. Wow Victoria has the voice of an actual Angel absolutely bliss so relaxed! The 2 sessions definitely complement each other! Not forgetting the Hostess with the Mostest Adele your amazing at everything you do! Thank you!
