Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

Excellent service, very friendly and professional. The place is very clean and hygenic. I was impressed with the fact that she was using gloves and all her tools were sanitized. I am sure that I will be coming back for more services. Good job and keep it up. Also very convenient as they have a free parking space outside and very accommodating. Had a nice experience.

This girl is amazing! Today I had acrylic removal and french polish BIAB. My nails are transformed once again to a short, classic, manicured look. This is my third visit, I won’t be going anywhere else. I’ve already booked in my next appointment, as she is always busy!

I did pedicure, manicure and hair spa it was fabulous 🫶🏼Personally recommend it to anyone

Amazing service and lovely people. I felt at ease and comfortable during my leg wax and my eyelash tinting. Shaf was super lovely and kind and made the whole experience the best. Sofia is honestly amazing I love my nails. She’s so professional easy to talk to and really makes the whole appointment feel comfortable and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients highly recommend! :)
