Always a wonderful, relaxing experience! I've had several massages by Joy-Ann now, and my experience is consistently wonderful. She is always accommodating, pleasant, and caring. I especially appreciate her care in following up after the massage and checking in on me occasionally to see how I'm doing. I am happy to highly recommend her as a skilled massage therapist!

I had a fantastic experience at Encore Beauty Studio. The staff was friendly, the services was extremely relaxing and the atmosphere was calming. The only minus was a late start to the appointment. However, that did not take away from my experience. I will definitely be back!! 😁

Clean, tranquil, and relaxing. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I had a full body Swedish massage. The therapist paid attention to my areas that needed the most attention. I recently had one of the most relaxing pedicures ever! The service was exceptional. Julisa was not only skilled but also incredibly nice and friendly. She made the whole experience so enjoyable with her warm personality and great conversation—it felt like catching up with an old friend! She took her time to make sure everything was perfect, from the foot soak to the massage, and paid attention to every detail. My feet feel amazing, and I left feeling completely pampered and relaxed. Gotta give fay Ann her props she made my experience so comfortable. I had a massage and a pedicure done and she did a wonderful job. Love how my feet feel and my toes and the massage sent me sleep so I would recommend her to anyone of my friends or family who may be thinking about getting pampered
