Always a wonderful, relaxing experience! I've had several massages by Joy-Ann now, and my experience is consistently wonderful. She is always accommodating, pleasant, and caring. I especially appreciate her care in following up after the massage and checking in on me occasionally to see how I'm doing. I am happy to highly recommend her as a skilled massage therapist!

10/10. That is how I would rate my experience. I had the Proud to be Bajan special which included a body scrub, a warm stone massage, facial cleanse and soak. My therapist Akayla(I apologize if the spelling is incorrect) was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and i was so comfortable I actually fell asleep. Reflections spa was just what the doctor ordered :). Thanks again. I definitely will be making this a more regular habit.

I had warm bamboo massage which was nice. The beverage was a nice touch and the customer service was excellent. I would have liked if there was relaxing sound during the massage. Additionally, a diffuser with an essential oil would have elevated the experience.

It was wonderful and relaxing and I would recommend their services to one and all. It's so hard to find a service that has the full package. The ladies understands customer service and the Swedish massage was divine I felt like I had an out of body experience, I then proceeded to get a pedicure and my feet wanted to stay there, it was that good and lastly I topped it off with a manicure and that just done it up. I book the leg & feet massage along with a classic pedicure for my work Colleague. Her service was done by Shereena and it was indeed a great and rewarding experience for her. I officially have a masseuse! Simone was AHHHHMAZING!!!!! The entire service (from booking through to the massage) was exceptional! I am definately returning again, especially for that "move" that melted my stress and pain away from my lower back!!

Was good overall but Andrea isn't a great massager. She didn't always let me know what would happen next. She started to massage my head without saying anything. When she prepared the shower and left the room, I wasn't certain if I was to go in at that point. After a few mins she came back in with a robe and slippers so I could walk to the shower. Basic communication is essential. It's not being chatty, it's simply essential to the comfort of the client to know what step in the procedure will be next and what they need to do/don't do. I'll be back tho and Nakita has been highly recommended.

I felt so relax as my face was being massaged, like I was on a tropical island all by mself. I had the classic facial and a classic pedicure and that too was nice, the two for $99 special. I would definitely return, because I have to experience a back massage and other services also. The staff was extremely professional, warm and welcoming.
