When I went for my waxing appointment I was nicely greeted when I came in. The big room is bright and clean and mainly there is not a bad strong smell of nail polish! The small room where I received my service was very clean and comfortable. Lily was professional, respectful, agreeable and very pleasant. She made sure that I was comfortable during the service. Indeed a very positive experience. I will definitely go back and try other services offered at that location.

Sharmi was fast efficient and made the process as painless as possible (considering the service!) she’s also a great person to chat with which made the whole experience quick and easy. I recently had the pleasure of visiting AG Spa, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The spa itself is impeccably clean and wonderfully professional. Nika's facial was simply phenomenal. She has an incredible touch and her expertise truly shone through. Naji's massage was equally impressive. The space was spotless, serene, and felt like a Zen-inspired retreat, with thoughtfully curated interior design touches that added to the calming atmosphere. Nika spent a full, focused hour on my pedicure, giving incredible attention to every detail. She followed it with a soothing facial that left my skin glowing all day. She was professional, kind and very customer focused and explained all the stages and products used on my skin. I 100% recommend this place and will definitely be going back!

Raven knows just how much pressure to use as she has been gifted a healer’s touch by Creator. After just one hour, I felt totally transformed. Staff were amazing! From the moment I walked in, everyone's was friendly, professional and quick! The vibes in the salon are very "Women's Power" vibe which was beautiful and welcoming. When getting the actual wax done, the waxer made sure I was well engaged in conversation to ignore the pain- (or in the case, lack there of!!!) this was my first treatment where it was completely painless.
