The staff here in Nail Spa not only excellent on what they’re paid for but also very accommodating and flexible. With the latter you can’t find that anywhere else in Penarth, more so in Cardiff. The effort is very much appreciated. Very much highly recommended, give them a try and you will never have to go to any other salon again.

The massage that I had over the weekend was FOC due to a complaint that I made about a previous one received. The Beauty Box were conscientious about resolving the issue to my satisfaction, so telephoned me to discuss the issue and booked another massage for me. The massage itself was done by Kari-Ann and was excellent (she should do more!). Thank you everyone and see you again!

Natalie is just wonderful, super friendly, an expert in the field and so ao professional. Her salon is lovely, warm & inviting. I can’t wait book in once again 🥰 the luxury lymphatic drainage facial has been my favourite treatment (so far!).

Kari-Ann is the absolute best beauty therapist around. Every treatment is always amazing and she is such a genuinely lovely human too!

Ceri-Anne is such a lovely therapist. It’s my go to place for beauty treatments.

First time to use the salon and had a very enjoyable experience and extremely happy with the cut and treatment I received from Nikita . Listening to the chatter between the stylist during and after the customers had been in the seats this is a salon that takes a lot of pride , interest and really to care about the outcome and ongoing service to their clients 5* customer service. Well done ! Obviously a very happy team and well driven by a very bubbly and experienced manager
