Amazing! My first ever Thai massage and this place was lovely, the atmosphere when you get inside from the busy high street is so calming, and the staff were lovely. The masseuse did a great job (I have nothing to benchmark her against as its my first time but still), she checked in to make sure I was okay with the pressure. I got a bit confused and I think I accidentally left earlier than I was meant to but I have no idea - so my apologies for that if I did! Thanks so much again. I don't live in London but if I did I would definitely be back again. Great value & good availability last minute.

The best Thai massage I’ve had in London! The atmosphere is peaceful and cozy, just like a luxury 5-star hotel spa. The staff are warm and welcoming. The therapist was very professional, asked about my pain points before starting, and worked on all the right spots. I walked out feeling completely refreshed — lighter, relaxed, and tension-free. I love that they don’t rush the session, the aromatherapy oil smells amazing, and the room is clean and private. The location is also super convenient, just a short walk from Waterloo station. 💯 Highly recommended! Amy I will definitely come back.

The therapists are VTCT-certified, super professional, and the whole place feels like a peaceful sanctuary in the middle of London and the best part? After the massage they brought hot drinks and snacks so you can slowly come back to reality. If your back is destroyed from London life, work, or too much travelling, this place is a lifesaver.

Will save the “Great” for my next visit when I plan on using the sauna and wet rooms. Lovely place, just on the canal and near to a few bars and restaurants. Treatment (Hot stone massage) well executed, but I was a little annoyed that I was woken up from my slumber when I had to turn over… Overall a pleasant experience and I can’t wait to go back and try out their “Pamper sessions”

Amazing experience. I’m traveling a lot for work and have been visiting a lot of different Thai massage in Europe. This was probably the best one. After 30 min of sauna ( included in the price ) I had a shower and went for the massage itself. For once I had chosen a Swedish massage which was perfectly performed by Didi. I understand they are also a training center for future massagist and I know why. Will surely visit them again next time I am in London. 👍👍👍👍👍

Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. My experience was amazing! I had the Swedish massage, and it was genuinely one of the best massages I’ve ever had.
