The best Thai massage I’ve had in London! The atmosphere is peaceful and cozy, just like a luxury 5-star hotel spa. The staff are warm and welcoming. The therapist was very professional, asked about my pain points before starting, and worked on all the right spots. I walked out feeling completely refreshed — lighter, relaxed, and tension-free. I love that they don’t rush the session, the aromatherapy oil smells amazing, and the room is clean and private. The location is also super convenient, just a short walk from Waterloo station. 💯 Highly recommended! Amy I will definitely come back.

Sam is such a skilled therapist I had massage from her once in Jan and had to come back again. I was suffering from migraine on the day due to heat and she done such a fabulous head massage. I have had many massages in london and abroad on holidays and must say I've never had one as good as this one. Thanks very much Sam.

I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. Amazing! My first ever Thai massage and this place was lovely, the atmosphere when you get inside from the busy high street is so calming, and the staff were lovely. The masseuse did a great job (I have nothing to benchmark her against as its my first time but still), she checked in to make sure I was okay with the pressure. I got a bit confused and I think I accidentally left earlier than I was meant to but I have no idea - so my apologies for that if I did! Thanks so much again. I don't live in London but if I did I would definitely be back again. Great value & good availability last minute.

Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Princess found tightness and heal pain I did not know to have, she went very deep, and the hot stone was the cherry on top. Absolutely recommend it, make it regular, your health will improve massively! I am coming back.

Will save the “Great” for my next visit when I plan on using the sauna and wet rooms. Lovely place, just on the canal and near to a few bars and restaurants. Treatment (Hot stone massage) well executed, but I was a little annoyed that I was woken up from my slumber when I had to turn over… Overall a pleasant experience and I can’t wait to go back and try out their “Pamper sessions”
