Spent the day with the girls at Erika's getting my lashes, nails and hair done. Can't recommend Aiko enough, so kind and gentle, never fails to disappoint with a new set of Hybrids. I got BIAB nails for the first time ever, Anna set the expectations, talking me through the process to help me understand what will happen throughout my new BIAB journey with her. Finally Zoe, toner and olaplex treatment, when I'm in Zoe's chair I'm immediately relaxed. From being incredibly anxious to now having Zoe has my go to stylist in Derby. In love with my glow up. I had a wonderful experience with Erica. From the moment I booked to the time I arrived, she was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The salon itself has such a calm and peaceful atmosphere, making it easy to relax. The results of my treatment were fantastic, and the head massage during my facial mask was an added bonus that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Aiko is exceptional ! Her UV lashes once on will not come off ! Mine last me over 7 weeks - they gone on quickly and come off slowly . Aiko is very attention to detail and is so very friendly and very accommodating . I cannot recommend highly enough if you want lashes in Derby she is the one & I live in Manchester

Libby has been doing my brows, lashes and facials for about four years now, and honestly she’s completely transformed not just how I look, but how I feel about myself. The level of care and attention to detail she puts into everything is unreal, and I’m always so impressed with the results! Her new salon is also gorgeous; it has a really elevated, calming feel that just makes the whole experience even more incredible.

Booked for bikini and brow wax before my holiday. Lovely, clean room, Nikki was lovely and friendly. She recommended threading on my brows instead of wax and so glad she advised that because they look amazing! Now that I live in derby, I will absolutely be back here. Thank you

The best massage in Derby hands down. It’s always a treat to get a massage by Nalin. I have had many massages around the world and nothing ever compares to Nalin and the services she offers. She goes above and beyond, giving you complimentary water at the end and some freebies like some Easter egg one time when it was Easter. So friendly and approachable and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Absolutely lovely, I came out feeling amazing. The staff are all very knowledgeable and give good, clear advice. I live in Manchester but happily wait until I'm in Derby so I can have treatments with them.

Nalin was amazing. I had a Thai massage and the pressure was perfect. I felt relaxed and pampered. Just what i needed. I'm just visiting Derby and so glad i found this little gem. If i lived local, i would visit regularly. I will be back next time.
