Spent the day with the girls at Erika's getting my lashes, nails and hair done. Can't recommend Aiko enough, so kind and gentle, never fails to disappoint with a new set of Hybrids. I got BIAB nails for the first time ever, Anna set the expectations, talking me through the process to help me understand what will happen throughout my new BIAB journey with her. Finally Zoe, toner and olaplex treatment, when I'm in Zoe's chair I'm immediately relaxed. From being incredibly anxious to now having Zoe has my go to stylist in Derby. In love with my glow up. Thank you girls <3

Aiko is exceptional ! Her UV lashes once on will not come off ! Mine last me over 7 weeks - they gone on quickly and come off slowly . Aiko is very attention to detail and is so very friendly and very accommodating . I cannot recommend highly enough if you want lashes in Derby she is the one & I live in Manchester

I had a wonderful experience with Erica. From the moment I booked to the time I arrived, she was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The salon itself has such a calm and peaceful atmosphere, making it easy to relax. Ella provided some great advice, even offering follow up guidance on how I can alter my existing skincare regime to benefit my skin the most based on her assessment of my skin which I really appreciated. The best massage in Derby hands down. It’s always a treat to get a massage by Nalin. I have had many massages around the world and nothing ever compares to Nalin and the services she offers. She goes above and beyond, giving you complimentary water at the end and some freebies like some Easter egg one time when it was Easter. So friendly and approachable and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
