Karen is very knowledgeable, kind and caring! She always ensures she educates me on why we are doing certain procedures/ facials/ treatments and really cares about getting my skin better! I had a pamper session today with mani/pedi facial with included a head massage (Valentine’s special). I walked out feeling like a million dollars. I’ve been there a few times now and the service is fantastic. Rochelle does an amazing job with nails, Hetal and Swinky do a great job with massage, facial and threading. I will make this my regular now as it offers everything. Love the online booking system and not having to wait ages to get served.

10/10. The best brow tech in Sydney!

I have been coming to Zara for a while. I when I moved down the coast o still travel back to Sydney to see her. She doesn't make me feel like a customer but more like family. Her attention to detail and pride in her work and friendship is valuable.

I can’t say enough good things about my facial and laser treatment at SM Beauty! The atmosphere was so relaxing, and Saraa was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. My skin feels cleaner, softer, and healthier than it has in months. The laser session was quick and comfortable, and I’m already seeing a glow that I didn’t have before. I’ll definitely be coming back — thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Booked in today for a 50mins Japanese Head Massage Treatment. Wow warm eye mask, I did not expect the varied massage touch sensations. Light a feather then therapist using hands then med touch a head tool with little balls then the best of all an amazing release of all the knots in my tragedies muscles. Mini facial hair wash followed by a gorgeous hair wash and massage of my scalp. Blow dried my hair feels soft and now I feel completely de-stressed didn’t want it to end.
