My daughter came for her first appointment today, her very first appointment in a salon after years of sensory avoidance. She very much enjoyed her experience and the staff were amazing with her. Explaining each step and she now never wants me to cut her hair again. Salons going forward for the nearly teenager! Thank you ladies for making this the best experience for her.

Dana did a hair cut and blow dry for me today and B12 injection. I felt at ease straight away, she was so warm and welcoming. It’s not always easy going to a new salon but I’m so glad I did. Both Grace and Heidi are amazing. My extensions always look great and I always leave the salon feeling happy and confident. My own hair was so short when I first had my extensions fitted but with advice and after care tips from the girls my own hair is in great condition and the longest it has ever been. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I won't let anyone else touch my hair now! Amy is so friendly and easy to talk to, and her cuts are incredible. She listens to what you want and gives great advice on how to style your hair after the cut. Her salon is lovely too, I definitely recommend her!

I was made so welcome here when I started coming in, I think, 2020 between lockdowns! Such a lovely salon and great friendly atmosphere. Alison cuts and styles my short hair exactly as I like it and I enjoy the relaxing time I spend here. I really do recommend Hi Lites.
