I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. As usual, my builder gel and brow treatments were exceptional, I highly recommend Rachael’s talent. Emily really put me at ease from the start. It was my first ever facial (I'm in my 30s), she explained everything clearly. She was very gentle, explained the reason for my skin concerns and what I can do to improve my skin. She gave me her recommendations but didn't push me to buy. A very relaxing treatment and I look forward to me next one!

I’ve visited Rachel a few times now for facials and she consistently goes above and beyond. It’s not just a facial, you’re treated to a relaxing head and shoulder massage as well, and I walk out feeling a million pounds .
