What a fantastic experience; she was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable about her craft. She made me feel at home, as if we had been friends for years. The massage was wonderful, extremely relaxing, and she applied extra pressure in the areas I needed it most. She seemed to instinctively know my weak points and delivered exceptional service. Mel and Elle are lovely - been using Mel for ear/nose/eyebrow waxing for years and she's not only professional but really friendly and a good laugh. Met Elle for my first treatment with her today and had a massage - have had lower back pain for weeks and it feels Soooo much better now! Well worth it! Would recommend these ladies to anyone, great treatments and really friendly service!

I am absolutely in love with my new lashes and brows! The results are stunning – they look so natural yet give me that perfect polished look I’ve always wanted. The attention to detail was amazing, and I felt so comfortable throughout the whole appointment. My lashes are full but not heavy, and my brows are shaped perfectly to frame my face. I’ve had so many compliments already! Couldn’t recommend highly enough – I’ll definitely be coming back. 💕
