Best waxer in Birmingham! Danielle is so lovely and does an excellent job with the waxing. She is a perfectionist and my wax is virtually pain free. My hair growth has significantly reduced and my skin is super soft for weeks. I highly recommend her to everyone who needs waxing services.

Have had Molly do my eyelashes about 3 times now and she is fantastic! Always made me feel welcome in the salon and did my eyelashes exactly how I wanted them. So sad that I’m leaving Birmingham as would definitely keep coming if it wasn’t for that! Thanks Molly for making my eyelashes look amazing for all the end of uni events I had :)

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. I had my first intimate wax with Charnel and honestly, I couldn’t recommend her more. I went in not knowing her at all, and by the end of the appointment it genuinely felt like we’d been friends for years. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable from start to finish, And the biggest surprise… it was practically painless!!! I didn’t believe the reviews before I went, but now I completely get it. Charnel is such a professional – this is exactly how waxing should be done. So lovely, so reassuring, and amazing at what she does. I won’t be going anywhere else! Xx

Wonderful relaxing experience. Enjoyed my pedicure, lash volume lift & eyebrow wax & tint. Maya's enhanced pedicure equipment enhanced the luxury and efficiency of the treatment. Maya was also gentle especially with the eyebrow waxing. Would highly recommend Maya.

Great place - went for a brow and lip threading. Never had threading before - brilliant first experience. Sheela was friendly and shaped my brows exactly how I like them. Will come here again!

I have being having facial treatments with Maya at Essence and Co for just over 15 years and I would recommend her highly to anyone. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience and puts a lot of time and thought into making sure that the treatment chosen is exactly right for my skin. I started with Maya when I was in my early 40's and over the years we have changed the treatments and adapted them as my skin has aged and I am delighted with the results. I also very much look forward to our catch-ups at the same time 🙏
