Emma was so kind and welcoming! She made my daughter feel at ease and really took the time to explain the process. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, but still very professional and clean. Love visiting Tze, this time I went for her microneedling treatment. It is a non invasive treatment that helps boost natural collagen and elasticity. The numbing cream made the whole experience so comfortable, I only felt a light tickling sensation 🤗 Looking forward to seeing results ❤️

I can’t recommend Tsz enough! She provides such a delicate, attention-to-detail service you can really tell she takes pride in what she does. On top of that, she has such a warm and friendly demeanour that you instantly feel at ease. You’ll gel with her straight away. She creates such a comfortable and welcoming environment that you genuinely won’t feel the need to go anywhere else. An absolute gem!

Leila was very friendly, very efficient and competent and we had a lovely chat which made the time go fast. It was my first visit and I will definitely come again.
