This was a really great experience! I want for lash tint, brow stain which was new to me, and bikini wax. She did a great job on my brows and explained the stain, and ensured we aligned on the colour. She made me super comfortable - the spa treatment room is very tidy and well-appointed. I’ve had bikini / Brazilian waxes done in Canada, Saudi Arabia and now here in Cairns and this was the most efficient and painless visit in nearly 25 years of them. I’m not sure what exactly the product was, but it went on smoothly without tugging and NOT burning hot, and was super effective. Recommend!!

I would like to share that Norman's Hair & Makeup is far superior to all other hairdressers that I have experienced in Cairns and Australia. Merrilyn is the best hair dresser in Cairns. I have been going to Merrilyn since before 2015. Occasionally I branched out to try other hairdressers yet none can compare. The cuts I have had (short hair) always keeping growing into a suitable style until a return is necessary. Marilyn is definitely a professional which shows in all aspects of her business. Merrilyn salon is of an excellent standard. It is a very relaxed atmosphere with lots of laughing. A joy to visit. The costs for services are very reasonable and affordable.

Andy was fabulous! He is definitely the best hairdresser in Cairns. He has experience working in Sydney so imagine his expertise. He was thorough and listened to my concerns. I’m so glad to have found Andy after a lengthy search. I tried several salons and they all did an average job. If you want someone that can style hair then try Andy!! I had 30’ relaxation massage with Jade and it was one of the best one in Cairns by far. Jade had an excellent technique and the pressure strength was absolutely perfect! The treatment worths the money paid! I will come back to try many other treatments!
