Best salon experience in Dubai ever. The receptionist Nelsey was sooooo sweet and welcoming and helpful. She welcomed me with huge professionalism and a bigger smile. She connected with Christina who is one of the only two people I would trust now with my hair and life. Both ladies were AMAZING and my hair turned out soooooo beautiful and most importantly i felt it was protected and taken care of. Christina is an amazing hair professional and deserves 1M USD as a christmas bonus 🙏😍

مكان المساج لم يكن مهيأً بالشكل المناسب لتقديم الخدمة، وأرى ضرورة الاهتمام أكثر بالنظافة العامة، وتغيير اللحافات بشكل منتظم، وتوفير الفوط اللازمة لضمان راحة العملاء وتحقيق معايير النظافة المطلوبة أما خدمة العناية بالجسم (Body Care) والمانيكير (Manicure فقد كانت جيدة جدًا ونالت إعجابي من حيث جودة الخدمة والاهتمام بالتفاصيل. شكراً لكم، وأتمنى أخذ هذه الملاحظات بعين الاعتبار لتحسين تجربة العملاء
