I had my first Brazilian wax with Komal and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, explained everything clearly, and was very professional throughout the whole process. I was honestly nervous since it was my first time, but her technique was gentle and efficient, and she kept checking in to make sure I was okay. The experience was much better than I expected thanks to her! Highly recommend Komal if you’re thinking about getting a wax especially for first-timers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was my first visit to Flourish Beauty Lounge & Spa, and I honestly loved the experience. I did a BB Cream hair treatment with Nathaline, who was kind, patient, and very professional. She really understood my hair type, and the cozy, calming atmosphere of the salon made it even better. My hair looks healthier, less frizzy, and easy to style. I’ll definitely be back.

Best salon experience in Dubai ever. The receptionist Nelsey was sooooo sweet and welcoming and helpful. She welcomed me with huge professionalism and a bigger smile. She connected with Christina who is one of the only two people I would trust now with my hair and life. Both ladies were AMAZING and my hair turned out soooooo beautiful and most importantly i felt it was protected and taken care of. my mother and sister had amazing hairstyles but the lady who did my hair didn’t do it like how i asked… i showed her a picture of a girls hair halfway curled not fully, obviously i couldn’t see what she was doing in the back until she showed me a picture and she curled my hair fully from the top till the bottom which wasn’t what i asked for. she is talented she knows what she is doing (the hairstylist) but i think she was tired that’s why she didn’t pay attention. i ended up fixing it at home but the service was great thanks
