I recently got my brows laminated as well as eyelash extensions by Sam. The atmosphere was very spa-like and relaxing, away from the noices of the high-street. I loved my eyebrows so much I decided to get my eyelashes done by Sam. She kindly offered me to first do a patch test and then do my eyelashes. I really appreciated that as it made me feel at ease as it was my first time. She made sure i was relaxed and took her time with every little detail. I was very pleased with her work. I have been getting compliments on both eyelashes and eyebrows all week! Best beautician in richmond!

I never had eyebrow threading before and Sam was lovely and gentle, I am very pleased with the result. She also gave me additional advice on how to take care of my eyebrows naturally which I love!

I had microblading eyebrows and I’m absolutely delighted with them. Farrah is very warm and friendly and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. I didn’t know what to expect but she explained every aspect of the treatment, nothing is rushed and she enabled me to ask lots of questions. I’m considering a small amount of microblading next time. Lush Beauty is conveniently local for me and I have been going there most of this year for threading treatments. Today, I visited for Lemon Drop fat dissolving injections - Lush Beauty is the first to offer this service in this area so I was excited to try. My therapist has the most gentle touch and explained how the product worked and what to expect afterwards. I was put at ease, even though I am not that keen on needles. The treatment didn't hurt at all and I am looking forward to seeing the results when I complete the course over the next few weeks

Fabulous experience! Haven’t felt that relaxed during a treatment ever. Perfect temperature lovely music and my brows and lashes were transformed!

Farrah was so easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and went through the eyebrow procedure in great detail and was happy to answer all the questions and queries I had! Very happy to go on to the next stage with her.
