I had such an amazing experience at London Lash lounge Hammersmith! The quality of the lashes is top-notch—lightweight, comfortable, and they look absolutely flawless. The space itself is clean, modern, and has such a relaxing aesthetic that makes the whole appointment feel like a treat. My technician Daria was incredibly professional and skilled, carefully removing any outgrown lashes without a single pull or tug. I left feeling refreshed and so happy with the results. On top of that, the location is perfect and super convenient. Truly an amazing place—I couldn’t recommend it more!

Just had my blonde highlights and cut done by the new Artistic Director Gianmarco - What an amazing addition to the team! The finest baby lights I’ve ever had, so natural. One of the best set of highlights I’ve had in London in 18 years! Oh and if you love a bob - his cut is so sharp! - I’ll be back :-)

Mina has been doing eyebrows for at least the last 8 years and she is BRILLIANT! She never breaks the hairs, so that it means they stay fresh for ages! I have thick, stubborn dark eyebrows and no other beautician has ever been able to thread my eyebrows without breaking, leaving ingrown hairs. Mina also fixed the lopsided eyebrow (caused by other beauticians) I can’t recommend her enough! She is truly gifted! She is also caring, considerate and so attentive! Thank you Mina! ❤️

I recently got my brows laminated as well as eyelash extensions by Sam. The atmosphere was very spa-like and relaxing, away from the noices of the high-street. I loved my eyebrows so much I decided to get my eyelashes done by Sam. She kindly offered me to first do a patch test and then do my eyelashes. I really appreciated that as it made me feel at ease as it was my first time. She made sure i was relaxed and took her time with every little detail. I was very pleased with her work. I have been getting compliments on both eyelashes and eyebrows all week! Best beautician in richmond!

Her technique is always flawless,she listens carefully and delivers exactly what I want every time. On top of that, she has a lovely personality that makes every appointment enjoyable. Super lovely experience! My first time having my brows laminated and they turned out great. Eyebrow threading was done with care and was not a painful experience like it can be sometimes. Lashes also turned out stunning! The decisions about the process with tint colours and style were explained to me throughout. X

I had the Zizi Xtra Classics and a brow lamination and honestly couldn’t be happier. It was my first time getting lashes done, so I was a little nervous, but Zainab made me feel so comfortable and welcome from the moment I arrived. She explained everything clearly, was really accommodating, and made the whole experience so easy and relaxing. I also really appreciated the aftercare and check-ins afterwards, which meant a lot. My lashes look beautiful, my brows look amazing, and I can’t wait to go back. Zainab is such a lovely person and I would 100% recommend her!
