Absolutely brilliant, highly recommend. Alice knows here stuff, is a fully qualified nurse, she explains everything she is doing, listens to your concerns, and tells you what products she is using. I also like that, she never tries to talk you into something you don't need. And will tell you if what you're asking for is unnecessary. Thanks Alice you are the best xx

I had the best experience today with Tracey. She is so kind and lovely also so professional. She makes you feel so relaxed and at ease. Tracey is amazing with her hands I had the best massage and facial and still feel relaxed now. I am so happy with eyebrows that I had tinted and waxed and she made sure I liked them at every stage. Today I had my hair done by Dorisa&she nailed the exact toner I wanted. It’s so nice to book Dorisa as she knows what suits my hair best&what colour I should pick. Dorisa’s friendly&bubbly nature makes the booking comfortable. Sundas was also present during my booking, always cheerful, bubbly, friendly&accommodating. Had the most amazing blow dry by Dorisa and a relaxing hair wash/massage by Sundas last week, I’ve been coming to this salon for years, travelling from Birmingham to Nottingham, and I’ve never once left unhappy with any treatment. Really great, Rebecca was friendly and efficient and explained how she was going to carry out the treatments especially my eyebrows as I had not had them done before. Salon is small but with a nice peaceful atmosphere. I hope to visit again soon.
