I recently visited for a brow wax and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The lovely lady who attended to me was incredibly friendly and kind her name is Rebecca, making me feel welcome right from the start. She was professional and respectful which I truly appreciated. I started working with Brigitte in November 2024, and by July 2025 my full permanent make-up was complete. She removed my old eyebrow tattoo, then created new brows, a Smoky Eyeliner and lip blush tattoo – all beautifully tailored to me. Brigitte is honest, precise and truly professional, always explaining what’s possible. As a nail technician and mum of a five-year-old, this has boosted my confidence and simplified my mornings. Today I had my hair done by Dorisa&she nailed the exact toner I wanted. It’s so nice to book Dorisa as she knows what suits my hair best&what colour I should pick. Dorisa’s friendly&bubbly nature makes the booking comfortable. Sundas was also present during my booking, always cheerful, bubbly, friendly&accommodating. Had the most amazing blow dry by Dorisa and a relaxing hair wash/massage by Sundas last week, I’ve been coming to this salon for years, travelling from Birmingham to Nottingham, and I’ve never once left unhappy with any treatment. Fran's room is a breath of fresh air in Bridgford - small and private, with wonderful light from all the windows, and still very peaceful even though you're right in the heart of West Bridgford.
