Nicole is honestly amazing — so talented, consistent, and she just knows exactly what works for me. Every time I sit in her chair, I know I’m in the best hands. Even though I live in Dubai now, I still look forward to coming back to London just to get my hair done with her. I’m always so happy with my cuts — there’s truly no one like her.

Alex is fantastic! After 6 months of skin trouble, many products and fruitless dermatologist appointments, I was skeptical that anyone could help. Alex impressed me immediately with his knowledge and advice, and even discouraged me from booking treatment with him until my skin was balanced again (unlike some of the other derms I visited…). He was quite thorough and patient with all of my questions. My skin is now back on track and set to be better than ever with his help. Can’t wait to sort my schedule so I can book my facial!

Amazing deep tissue and sports massage—honestly one of the best I’ve had. Mangala really knows what he’s doing, finding all the right spots and working through tension with real precision, but without it ever feeling rushed. It struck the perfect balance between firm, targeted work and leaving me feeling properly relaxed and looser afterwards. Couldn’t recommend him enough, and I’ll definitely be booking in again in three weeks’ time!

My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. I want to thank her for her good care and concern… Her manner put me at ease and helped me gain confidence. Because of her am doing very well. The clinician was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She explained everything clearly, made me feel comfortable throughout, and recommended a treatment package that was perfectly suited to my skin concerns and goals. I really appreciated how personalised the consultation felt rather than being pushed into something unnecessary. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and knows exactly what she’s talking about.
