I wasn't given any time to think it over, as I was told the promotional offer would only be available if I decided on the spot. I would have appreciated at least a day to consider the purchase before making a commitment.

My technician was lovely, chatty but not verbose. Friendly and kind. The towel cover up did not fit, nor did the hair band and it needed constant readjustment. My 1 hour facial was a scant 45 minutes. Skin felt nice afterwards with no greasy texture

Carrie was amazing. I honestly wish I had her for all of my sessions from the very beginning. She was the only one who conducted the session properly from start to finish, and I truly felt like I received the full treatment and attention I was supposed to. After experiencing a session with Carrie, I can't help but feel disappointed because it made me realize that many of my previous sessions felt incomplete. Looking back, it feels like I only received part of what I had paid for, which is frustrating. The difference in the quality and consistency of care was very noticeable.
