I had a truly wonderful massage with Meesha at Mind Body Wellness. From start to finish, she made me feel comfortable and well cared for. She explained each step of the treatment as she went along and made sure to ask for my consent before working on any sensitive areas, which I really appreciated. Mesh’s professionalism and warm demeanor immediately put me at ease. I even asked her about other treatments available, and she took the time to explain everything in detail without making me feel rushed. Her knowledge and genuine care really stood out. I booked another appointment.

I had a full body Swedish massage which was fantastic, I'd highly recommend. Julia patiently kneaded all the knots in my shoulders and back, the overall massage was a mixture of pain and pleasure as I was tense and achy (from gym sessions in the week) and that was pleasantly massaged out of me! l felt very zen afterwards. Maitri is such a calming and welcoming place, I look forward to my next visit.

Stacey is great, the most loveliest person. Love getting my massages and always look forward to my next ones. She used some balm on me today to help with my eczema and my skin feels great nice and soft. So not only is she helping me with my pain she’s also helping me with my skin. Had another brilliant treatment with the lovely friendly staff today. I had a back massage, which was so good. I also tried the cupping it was brilliant and gets rid of toxins on your blood. The staff are all so good and just like your best friends. Love them all. Would recommend them to anyone

During a previous visit, Meesha noticed I had tight shoulders from all of the hoop and pole I've been doing recently. So for this visit, she done a sports massage on my shoulders and a nice relaxing massage on my back. Felt good as new afterwards. One of the reasons I go to Meesha is that as she also trains hoop and pole, she knows what my body is going through and can recommend the best treatment based on my needs.

I had a neck back and shoulders massage and lymphatic drainage with Caelie, and it was amazing. The massage was the perfect combination of tension relief and relaxation, and the drainage provided a noticeable difference in inflammation around my C Section scar. Carlie was so professional and friendly, and I will be recommending.

My skin has definitely improved since having treatment from Kelly- I would highly recommend a visit! Can’t wait to go back
