Had a great session with Xenia. Really holistic approach to the massage, talked through where I felt needed focus and took time to check in during the session. She worked out areas of tension I didn't even realise I had without needing any heavy handedness. She's really intuitive in her approach, so the massage is very tailored to your body's needs. Never been so relaxed and felt so peaceful whilst also getting the tension release of a deep tissue massage.

I had the most wonderful pregnancy and head massage today and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived I felt so well looked after and genuinely cared for. She has such a calming, kind presence and you can truly feel how much she cares about what she does. It honestly felt like being looked after by an angel. Her soul is just amazing. I was in a lot of pain with my shoulder and neck and Gillian worker her magic with a deep tissue massage! What a difference it’s made, back again in 2 weeks for more of the same. Gillian will ensure the treatment is right for you targeting any troublesome areas. Been going to The One Lounge for years and all the girls are lovely as is the salon. Shabana was amazing. She is very welcoming and empathetic. She worked on my neck and shoulders taking away the tension. I also had reflexology and snoozed but floated out the door. I am definitely going back. Thank u Shabana. Also I think I have written this review twice. Sorry.

Menopause massage is just fantastic. As someone who is often looking for a really deep tissue workout, this is a big change. To say it's relaxing and stress-relieving is an understatement. Gillian and her magic hands did work wonders 😁
