Morgan was absolutely fantastic during my third lobe piercings appointment today - she was really clear and reassuring and allowed me to be picky with placement and my choice of jewellery without hassle! The piercing itself was extremely smooth, fast, and almost pain free, with no discomfort at all in the hours after! Best piercing to date and I'll definitely be heading back to Morgan for my next appointment (as soon as I've worked out what to have next!). Had piercings before with Morgan and since the first one I loved it. I got the conch now and I was quite scared but they made it really fast and it was lovely. Couldn’t choose of the jewellery so they helped me and I do not regret anything. Lovely experience because I keep coming back and I will keep on coming back for more.

Wonderful place. Very calming & aesthetically pleasing. The staff are a lovely bunch of smashers, friendly, calming, polite & really helpful with assisting where piercings would look good. I had Leah & she was just fab & Morgan was there & she is a reel darling. Had Conch & Flat x 2 & also a replacement for a year old piercing that I had been unable to remove. Would definitely advise those of you looking for piercings wherever on you bod to definitely go to Empress Piercings ❤️

I got my first cartilage piercing ever and it was my first time with them. It was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend. I got pierced by Morgan and they were lovely; made conversation even though I was shy and made me feel comfortable. They were very professional and did a very good service. They talked through all the process and gave me a really detailed instructions and information about the piercing. I got my vertical labret pierced a month ago and I’m so glad I went through with it! The shop was super clean and the piercer made me feel relaxed and informed throughout the process. The piercing itself was quick—just a sharp pinch and some pressure, then it was over. I would definitely recommend empress and will be going back for more piercings.

Always reliably amazing. Morgan is super cool and helped me out again with my conch and love piercing. I needed the conch put back in and no problem. Super friendly and down to earth. Chose to replace my daith and helix too (forget their name)! Also helped my teen with their piercing - they needed to take out their piercing. It's always a pleasure to go to Wellfield road or any Empress store. My ears are clean, got new look and feeling good. Thank you!

My daughter came today for 2 piercings, nose & belly button. Michelle was very professional & so lovely & friendly who h definitely put my daughter at ease, she didn't even flinch! Studio was spotless on arrival & thoroughly cleaned after piercings. Aftercare was given to us. All in all very very pleased with our visit & will be booking back in for more services.
