Booked in last minute with Heidi after my usual therapist had to cancel my appointment due to being ill. Heidi did my waxing and a lash lift and I'm so happy with the results, waxing was painless and my lashes are amazing. She was easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Would recommend and will definitely be booking in again. Thank you so much x

Recently moved to Stevenage so first time visiting Katie and she didn’t disappoint. Made me feel so comfortable, easy to talk to and most of all made my brows look fab. Will definitely be returning and getting more treatments!

Alysha was lovely, very calming and considerate. Definitely recommend her for waxing. She talked me through everything and allowed regular breaks. I will definitely be going back. Environment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Room was a nice temperature and the music was calming which helped me to relax. I never have a bad word to say about Parlour Fourteen. I have several services from Parlour Fourteen, from hair to nails to waxing and each time I’m very happy with the outcome. Today’s appointment was with Alysha for a gel manicure and again I’m very happy with the end result. I cannot recommend Parlour Fourteen enough. Amazing staff, great service and very friendly.

Holly is a lovely girl I’ve been going to her for years now for my waxing and I wouldn’t go to anyone else, never had a problem or an issue with my treatments after makes me me feel comfortable and we have a great laugh 🤭

I can't recommend Karen enough! She is ultra-professional and so kind. I used to dread waxing - especially the Hollywood waxing - but Karen has a fantastic technique that makes the time enjoyable and honestly, very nearly pain-free!! Thank you for always being wonderful!
