Tia is so sweet, knowledgeable, professional and very detailed. she explained everything and even gave me tips and tricks that I could do at home. My hair looks healthy and shiny and I am loving the new colour, cut and curly blow dry! 💕🤩

As always, amazing brow and lash appointment with Hayley - such a perfectionist! I've moved out of Stevenage, but will definitely continue to travel for my appointments, wouldn't want to go anywhere else! xx

It was our first time visiting Ciara today and she made us feel very welcome. Ciara did a cut, wash and blow-dry for my 11 year old daughter and she couldn’t be more pleased. The cut is beautiful!

Katrina is an excellent hairdresser and colourist. I have been using her services for over a year which have included balayage, colour correction, olaplex, cut & bouncy blow-dry. She is always very attentive and sets fair expectation on progress (I am naturally a dark brunette) of bleaching / blondes. Katrina also recommends great shampoos/conditioners and at-home treatments to use to maintain freshness of colour and healthy hair. I cannot recommend her services enough :-)

Amazing service, Very professional & calm environment, felt so welcome & was offered refreshments all threw out my 5 hour treatment! Highly recommend, never had my hair done before and made my experience so smooth and welcoming, i’ll be back again in 3 months for my touch up!🤍 Done an amazing job with my hair, made me feel so much more confident within myself & done exactly what i asked & more🤍 Couldn’t be happier with the outcome today, ciara is so kind & made me feel so comfortable x

Yet another amazing experience here. Honestly so happy with my hair. I had a balayage and cut done yesterday and Ellen has done the most incredible job with it. She has achieved exactly what I wanted and my hair looks SO healthy - I’ve already had so many compliments! My appointment was late in the afternoon and continued past closing, also had issues with childcare initially so my son had to come along for the first hour but I didn’t feel rushed or like it was an issue at all. I very rarely spend time or money on myself but I feel amazing and I’m so grateful ☺️
