Booked in last minute with Heidi after my usual therapist had to cancel my appointment due to being ill. Heidi did my waxing and a lash lift and I'm so happy with the results, waxing was painless and my lashes are amazing. She was easy to talk to and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I have been coming back to Karen for a long time. Right from the very first time we met, she was very friendly, welcoming, accommodating and professional. She`s very passionate about what she does and she always pays great attention to her customers. I have a bit of a sensitive skin so she always uses great quality products for my treatment to make the waxing process as pain-free as possible and to help my skin with the healing process. Holly is a lovely girl I’ve been going to her for years now for my waxing and I wouldn’t go to anyone else, never had a problem or an issue with my treatments after makes me me feel comfortable and we have a great laugh 🤭
