The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Excellent service, very friendly and professional. The place is very clean and hygenic. I was impressed with the fact that she was using gloves and all her tools were sanitized. I am sure that I will be coming back for more services. Good job and keep it up. Also very convenient as they have a free parking space outside and very accommodating. Had a nice experience.
