First time sports massage with Marieke today . This was excellent. I could feel my back easing and it was solid with tension.

Fantastic deep tissue massage with Bev. I booked an appointment as I’ve been struggling with neck and shoulder pain due to stress and Bev worked tirelessly for 45 mins to get rid of the knots. I immediately felt a huge difference and will 100% be back!

Elsa created a space that was welcoming and gentle which really helped me to switch off my busy mind. I had a the best back neck and shoulder massage- as she properly worked on all the tension areas.
