I received a spa package as a gift and it was lovely. Beverley gave a fantastic massage, very firm and my back feels much better for it. The facial was also lovely, with wonderful smelling Bramble and Bee products.

I booked for a wash and cut. Sadly I couldn't have a cut as he is still training. He can only do basic cuts at the moment. However he is learning to colour and I hope to go back and model for him. Friendly and gives a good head massage whilst washing.

First time sports massage with Marieke today . This was excellent. I could feel my back easing and it was solid with tension.

Fantastic deep tissue massage with Bev. I booked an appointment as I’ve been struggling with neck and shoulder pain due to stress and Bev worked tirelessly for 45 mins to get rid of the knots. I immediately felt a huge difference and will 100% be back!

I have just indulged in an exceptional back massage and facial service the Ritual - Back to life with Alexandra that I can highly recommend. The back massage was pure bliss. The body brushing was soothing but cleansing, the pressure was perfect—firm enough to work out all the knots and tension, but gentle enough to be deeply soothing. Elsa created a space that was welcoming and gentle which really helped me to switch off my busy mind. I had a the best back neck and shoulder massage- as she properly worked on all the tension areas. By the end of the treatment I felt completely relaxed and calm- just what I was looking for. I will definitely be booking in again next time we stay at The Grand.
