The booking system on Dawn’s website is very easy to use and I was able to pick a prompt time slot at my convenience. On arrival (parking on the forecourt), Dawn directed me to her salon which was calm and tranquil. She explained the procedure to me before she began and invited me to relax on her toning table. I was having my chest waxed which Dawn completed in good time while keeping me occupied with cheery conversation, always keeping me aware of what she was doing. This was my first waxing and I will certainly visit again. Recommend.

I love the fact that with Dawn, there was an immediately calm and relaxed atmosphere which put me at ease. There was no expectations to talk throughout the treatment as Dawn made it clear from the start that this was "my time" and I was able to totally unwind and switch off. Thia was my first appointment and I received the Japanese head massage. Very relaxing experience which somehow connectes with the rest of your body with a soothing, tingling sensation from head to toe. Booked in for next week and a deluxe massage in Febuary, thats how good it was.

I was so nervous for my full Hollywood wax, I’m very self conscious down there but Dawn was amazing and I was surprised how comfortable I felt the entire time! Dawn made me laugh through the pain the entire appointment. Super friendly and all round positive experience , will definitely be returning! :)
