Fantastic deep tissue massage with Bev. I booked an appointment as I’ve been struggling with neck and shoulder pain due to stress and Bev worked tirelessly for 45 mins to get rid of the knots. I immediately felt a huge difference and will 100% be back!

First visit today for a facial ! loved it so well needed and super glowy skin thankyou will be back soon x

I booked for a wash and cut. Sadly I couldn't have a cut as he is still training. He can only do basic cuts at the moment. However he is learning to colour and I hope to go back and model for him. Friendly and gives a good head massage whilst washing.

Rachel is absolutely amazing I have had a few treatments now and I am so pleased with the results it has given me my confidence back. After suffering from Bell’s palsy a few years ago I was very apprehensive at first but Rachel takes time and explains everything thoroughly she is very knowledgeable, I wouldn’t trust anyone else. The clinic is beautiful and such a relaxing environment.

I received a spa package as a gift and it was lovely. Beverley gave a fantastic massage, very firm and my back feels much better for it. The facial was also lovely, with wonderful smelling Bramble and Bee products.

Elsa created a space that was welcoming and gentle which really helped me to switch off my busy mind. I had a the best back neck and shoulder massage- as she properly worked on all the tension areas. By the end of the treatment I felt completely relaxed and calm- just what I was looking for. I will definitely be booking in again next time we stay at The Grand.

The body brushing was soothing but cleansing, the pressure was perfect—firm enough to work out all the knots and tension, but gentle enough to be deeply soothing. I had the most wonderfully relaxing head massage today (which included back, neck, shoulders and arms!) expertly given by Samantha; she is extremely skilled and I felt quite emotional and blissful afterwards. We were there for the weekend and although I live in South Manchester I would happily drive back to have another massage from her. Needless to say, I can't recommend Samantha highly enough.
