I've been Kilai's client for over 3 years now, and she never disappoint me, from my lashes, eyebrows and facial. She's very accommodating as well to all her clients. I would never go somewhere else as I trust her to all my beauty needs.

Meg is amazing ! I had gone somewhere a couple years ago before meeting Meg and they had absolutely destroyed my hair. Meg has been awesome offering advice cutting the other salons screw up out little by little and getting this mop back on track. I WILL NOT go to anyone else. She is hands down the best ! I HIGHLY recommend her !

Omg, she is the best. Super thorough and good with her work. Always makes sure everything is done right. Quiet clean atmosphere. The perfect place to go if you want to avoid a busy salon.

I absolutely love this clinic. I would not go anywhere else. I have been going here for years and she has always been incredibly straight forward and helped answer all my questions and concerns. They will never over inject you or do something that would end in bad results for you. I love that she is concerned for your overall beauty long term! She truly cares about you as a client which is very rare. Absolutely immaculate service everytime!

I was so happy to see the salon has implemented infection control measures that made me feel safe bringing my kids in to have their hair cut. Both my kids had their hair cut, it was the first time for my 5 year old. The stylists were patient with my squirmy kids, with excellent results!

Absolutely loved how my hair came out ! The stylist was so nice and accommodating. It had been a couple years since I cut my hair and I was so nervous to trim it . Not only did she get rid of all my dead ends but continued to double check that I was comfortable with the length being taken off and proceeded to gradually cut shorter instead of cutting off a chunk I’d regret. It was my first time having any services done at this salon and I can say I’d gladly return again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a cut . The pricing was amazing and so was the service !!! I’m so happy

Jonna is amazing! She always does amazing work. She's been doing my makeup for years and I refuse to go to anyone else! Also I am A huge supporter of chosen canvas because who doesn't love all their beauty needs taken care of in one spot. Love getting my eyebrows threaded and tinted with Atah! They turn out great every time. Her salon is absolutely stunning and Atah is so friendly. I highly recommend her!

I've been to Kilai Skin three times now for derma facials with Lai, and each time has been a wonderful experience. She is knowledgeable, caring, and friendly. I have oily/hormonal ace skin, and her derma facial services have been extremely beneficial, particularly the specialised equipment she utilises. The booking service is simple to use, and she is extremely accommodating. I'm always pleased with the results. The salon also provides a wide range of beauty treatments. Everything in one place! I strongly recommend Kilai Skin, especially if you live in the Hamilton area.
