I recently visited cically day spa Berkhamsted and was treated by Lucy, the whole experience was amazing the decor, staff, ambiance I couldn’t fault anything. I have come away feeling really relaxed and had all my kinks massaged out

I had a lovely experience at the Berkhamsted branch getting my BIAB nails done. Emilia was absolutely fantastic – so friendly and professional, and she did my nails perfectly! The whole team was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout. I’ll definitely be coming back again when I need to. Thank you so much!
