The salon is really welcoming and has a lovely atmosphere. I had a great hairwashing experience as the sinks are lower and much more comfortable (no sink ridge digging into the back of your neck). Best of all was Tanya the sylist, who was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fun. Delighted with my haircut and the service. Having moved to Northchurch in Jan, I have tried a few different salons and I am pleased to have now found my new regular hairdresser of choice! Highly recommend.

Amazing experience. I booked as a bit of a birthday treat for myself and it was totally worth it. I was treated so attentively and kindly the whole time I was in the salon, and absolutely loved the results. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a hair appointment experience.

My appointment was with Loretta. I can't rate her highly enough. Not only did she help advise me on some changes to my hair style, she did a fantastic job wih the cut. I think this is the happiest I've ever left a salon and I will definitely be coming back as a regular customer.

It was my first time at the salon and I absolutely loved the whole experience. Everyone I interacted with was so friendly and welcoming. Emily has done a miracle, I feel brand new after this haircut. I've been recieving so many compliments too, people have genuinely noticed a different level of skill in the haircut. I know what I want but I rely on the hairdressers a bit to give me suggestions based on my hair type and face shape. Usually it doesn't quite hit the mark so I wasn't expecting it to this time either, but emily really knew what to do, its better than what I expected. Thank you!

I had my hair cut by Brooke today and can honestly say the best cut I’ve ever had. Experience was lovely. The salon was just lovely being it my first visit.

The Annexx has now moved and although the staff are their same fabulous selves the salon and experience is not as good I have left today disappointed by the new space this is not the experience I have been used to and I question if it can be as good as before. I have been a regular Annexx client for almost 15 years hair looks great salon not so appealing and would make me question if I return

Excellent, remembered I lprefer the upstairs wash basin, the young girl who washed my hair who only been with u 3 weeks was lovely, gentle, a good head massage!! Great cut, suggestions etc. Il be in for regular fringe trims!!!! Thanks again
