I recently visited cically day spa Berkhamsted and was treated by Lucy, the whole experience was amazing the decor, staff, ambiance I couldn’t fault anything. I have come away feeling really relaxed and had all my kinks massaged out

Really kind and good experience. My beautician helped to recommend skin care products and in my eyebrow wax she kept checking to make sure she wouldnt take too much of.

My appointment was on time and professionally carried out and my treatment executed with painstaking detail , including waxing the tops of my toes for a forthcoming holiday . I sort of take it for granted Mimi will do a thorough job and she does , with pleasant , helpful chat as she goes along .
