The salon is really welcoming and has a lovely atmosphere. I had a great hairwashing experience as the sinks are lower and much more comfortable (no sink ridge digging into the back of your neck). Best of all was Tanya the sylist, who was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fun. Delighted with my haircut and the service. Having moved to Northchurch in Jan, I have tried a few different salons and I am pleased to have now found my new regular hairdresser of choice! Highly recommend.

Amazing experience. I booked as a bit of a birthday treat for myself and it was totally worth it. I was treated so attentively and kindly the whole time I was in the salon, and absolutely loved the results. Would absolutely recommend to anyone wanting a hair appointment experience.

After lockdown I could not wait to see Kym but she is so good at what she does that I had to wait a few weeks after she opened. It was so worth it for a stunning transformation. Kym is a hair stylist who actually listens to what you want and then delivers. Her cutting and colour skills are outstanding. I live locally to Kym’s salon but would willingly travel miles to keep her doing my hair. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Zara gave me a personalized experience, showing me how to style my hair in depth and giving me specific advice and products for my hair type. I felt relaxed and well looked after and left with exactly what I asked for. I cannot recommend the staff and experience at Alchemy and I enough X

Can easily endorse all the positive reviews. - I thought I'd pinpointed the salon location but had not. So was stressed when arriving late. Kym was welcoming & understanding, & calmly managed to complete all required in the reduced time slot. - A lovely resulting hair-do & a lovely coffee too. 👍😁
